What is Hypnosis?

    Hypnosis uses guided relaxation, concentration and focused attention to allow someone to reach a heightened state of awareness that allows the client to be hyper-suggestible. This allows the client to change bad habits, or accept positive suggestions to make the changes they want to make.


Hypnosis can also be used to regress back to a time that an issue began so it can be seen with new eyes and understanding, allowing the client to heal at a very deep level.


Hypnosis was accepted into the American Medical Association in 1958. It has been used to help patients that were allergic to anesthesia to be able to go through surgery or dental work. Hypnosis can be used for just about anything you can think of that has to do with the mind.
