We have designed a new, women only, one-of-a-kind fitness program that has hit the ground running…(pun intended). We have created a well rounded weight loss and fitness program. Many people have wanted to lose weight and get in shape but just can't seem to get their minds committed to it. We believe mind, body and spirit, are all important elements to include in a program in order to become committed to a fitness goals. Hypnosis is a big part of this program helping women to reprogram their old thoughts and bad habits about food and exercise, into healthy new ways to think and eat. These women get to relax during the beginning of the session and listen to positive reinforcements to help push them to reach their goals. After getting their mind set straight with a hypnosis session before each workout, they are then put through an intense workout allowing their body's to do what it is meant to do, get fit, strong, and toned. This combination helps them to lose weight faster while it increases their self-esteem. This 6 week Bootcamp has already had amazing results, with women who didn't think they had it in them…but they did!
